What Olio will do
Olio is the assistant planned for ResOlio: it will help guests book in chat, and help you and your staff in the office.
- On your booking page, a guest will be able to book a table by chatting, in their own language. Olio will reply in that language and offer only the times you really have.
- In the office, it will point out what needs doing before anyone asks, such as a table running long, a late party or a regular’s booking, and your staff will be able to ask it questions.
The rules it will follow
- It will offer only the tables you have, and only times that are really free.
- Nothing will be booked until the guest presses the button.
- It will never take a card.
- Anything unusual will go to a person.
- It will be yours to switch on, and your booking page and service screen work the same without it.
Which plans it will come to
Olio will come to Starter, Pro and Enterprise, not to Free. In Settings › Plan, its row is marked Coming.
Where it stands
Olio is not built yet. There is nothing to switch on today, and this article will change the day it arrives.
