Booking page · Every plan

Take bookings on your own website.

Guests book you directly, with no card to give and no rival listed beside you.

A restaurant’s own page

Put a booking button on your website.

Two lines of HTML add a ‘Book a table’ button to the site you already have, and it opens your booking form over the page.

<a href="{page}" data-bw-venue="{publicKey}" data-bw-launcher>Book a table</a>
<script src="{origin}/embed/v1/embed.js" async></script>
Every option, on the developer page

Take bookings in English, French and Arabic.

Your page and every email speak all three, on every plan, so fewer guests need to call.

Arabic reads right to left.

The page and the booking flow mirror, and phone numbers keep their own direction inside an Arabic sentence.

A confirmation in your name.

Every booking is confirmed by email and every guest reminded before the night, so fewer tables stand empty.

  • A private link to change or cancel, where you allow it.
  • A calendar invitation that moves or disappears with the booking.

Coming to Starter

Guests will book by chatting.

They will ask on your booking page, as easily as sending a message, and Olio will offer only the times you really have.

With your guests: Guest: Hello! Do you have a table for two tonight, around eight? Olio: Good evening, we do. I can offer 19:45, or 20:15 by the window. Olio: It’s yours. Is there anything the kitchen should know? Guest: No nuts for Sam, please.

Questions about your booking page.

Will it slow my site down or break my layout?

No. The script is small and loads the booking form only when a guest goes to use the button, and the form then opens over your page rather than inside your layout.

What if your script doesn’t load?

The button still works. It is a real link to your booking page, so if the script is blocked or fails to load, the guest still reaches your page.

What’s on the page you host for me?

Your name, address, description, photographs and hours, and the same booking form as the button. It is yours to link to from anywhere.

What happens when I reach my monthly bookings?

When you get close, we tell you. Upgrade any time and the new limit applies straight away. Your staff can always take a phone booking, even at the limit.
