Service screen · Every plan

Run tonight’s service from one screen.

Who is due and which tables are free, live on the tablets in your room.

The service screen

See every table on your floor map.

Pick your tables at setup and we draw the room, one floor for your host and your booking page alike.

A host at the host stand mid-service, checking the evening's bookings on a tablet.

One live book for the whole team.

A booking made online lands on every tablet, highlighted as it arrives.

Coming to Starter

Help for your team, from Olio.

Your team will ask who is still due or where a party of four fits, and Olio will answer from tonight’s book.

Questions about the service screen.

Do the screens update by themselves?

Yes. A booking taken on the office laptop appears on the host stand a second later, and a table seated on one tablet shows as seated on all the others.

What if two tablets do the same thing at the same moment?

One wins, and the other is told which device got there first and when, so the host knows who to ask.

Do I need a login for every member of staff?

No. You sign each device in once and give it a name like Host stand or Pass, and your staff pick it up and work. When somebody leaves, there is nothing to take away.

What happens if it goes down in the middle of service?

The screen keeps showing the room as it was, with a Reconnecting badge, and catches up by itself when the connection is back. The status page tells you whether the problem is ours or yours, and a person answers when you write to us.
