Your guests’ data stays yours.
We hold it only to run your bookings, never to sell or to advertise.
No card, ever.
Your guests never type a card number into anything we built, on any plan.
We take no commission, so a guest’s money never passes through us, and the booking overlay switches the browser’s payment interface off.
Other owners never see your guests.
The same guest booking with two different owners becomes two records under two unrelated keys.
A returning guest is recognised by a one-way key unique to your account, shared by every restaurant you own. What outlives an address keeps only that key, so it matches nothing at another owner.
Lock your booking button to your own sites.
Locked with your sites listed, the booking overlay refuses every other site.
For fourteen days, your button works on any secure site
A guest stops reminders in one click.
Every reminder goes out in your restaurant’s name.
A guest’s click stops that restaurant’s reminders only, and their booking confirmations still arrive.
Nothing we build tracks your guests.
Your booking page carries no analytics and no tracking pixel.
The booking overlay runs only our own scripts, so trackers on your website cannot reach inside it. When a booking is confirmed, it tells your website the booking reference, enough to count a booking and never enough to say who made it.
Erase a guest and keep your history.
Their details go, and your book keeps the date, time, party size and how the night ended.
A guest with no account and nothing booked loses their email and phone twenty-four months after their last visit. An erasure also clears the name, the notes and everything they typed.
We don’t claim the software satisfies any particular regulation; whether it covers your obligations is a question for your adviser.
