For pubs

Bookings for every table, from the bar to the garden.

Bookings and walk-ins share one book, a group gets tables pushed together, and you pay one flat price with no commission.

The floor, room by room

The bar, the dining room and the garden.

Each can be a room of its own on your floor, with its tables and the bar’s seats, and tables push together for a group.

Tonight, on the service screen

Walk-ins and bookings in one book.

Staff add a walk-in or a phone booking in a few taps, and every tablet in the pub sees the table taken at once.

Pacing, set by the quarter hour

On Pro

Sunday lunch in fixed sittings.

On Pro, pacing gives you fixed sittings and spreads the bookings, and the waiting list takes the parties who arrive when you are full.

Does it work for a pub?

Yes, on every plan. Bookings and walk-ins share one book, tables push together for a group, and the bar, the dining room and the garden can each be a room of its own.

If I push two tables together, can they still be booked separately?

Not at the same time. Book the pair and neither table can be booked on its own; book either table alone and the pair is no longer offered.

I run two fixed sittings. Can it do that?

Yes, on Pro. Set the pacing cap to zero for the stretch between your sittings: the day stays open and that stretch closes. A guest who asks for a time in between is shown your sitting times instead.

Can I run a waiting list at the door?

Yes, on Pro. The waiting list opens from the service screen, so the host adds a party without leaving tonight’s bookings, and each guest gets a live page showing how many parties are ahead of them: by email, or shared by the host from their row.
