Do my guests get an app?
Yes, on every plan. ResOlio: Restaurant bookings keeps a guest’s bookings, the restaurants they booked or saved and their messages in one place, at no cost to them.
Do guests have to download anything?
No. It opens in the browser on any phone or computer, in English, French or Arabic, and a guest signs in with the email they book with.
Will my guests see other restaurants there?
No. It lists only the restaurants a guest booked or saved, never a list to browse, so nobody is offered a rival beside you.
Can guests message us?
Yes, from Starter: from their booking’s page, from the link in the email you send them, or from their own app. Every conversation is in Messages, in your dashboard, one for each booking.
