With your guests: Guest: Hello! Do you have a table for two tonight, around eight? Olio: Good evening, we do. I can offer 19:45, or 20:15 by the window. Olio: It’s yours. Is there anything the kitchen should know? Guest: No nuts for Sam, please.
Your host will know what needs doing.
Olio will point out a table running long, a late party or a regular booking, before anyone asks.

- Only the tables you have.
- Nothing booked without a tap.
- No card, ever.
- A person for the unusual.
About Olio.
Does Olio replace my host?
No. It will take booking requests by chat, so your host answers fewer calls and has more time for the guests at the door.
Can I switch Olio off?
Yes. Olio will be yours to switch on, and your booking page and service screen work the same without it.
