For cafés

Take café bookings and keep the door open to walk-ins.

Guests book a table on your own page, walk-ins go in the same book, and a small café starts on Free at no cost.

Today, on the service screen

Walk-ins and bookings in one book.

Seat a walk-in and the table is taken on every tablet at once, right beside the day’s bookings.

Pacing, set by the quarter hour

On Pro

Spread the brunch rush.

On Pro, pacing caps how many guests are booked into each fifteen minutes, so the kitchen and the coffee machine keep up.

A guest’s place in the queue

On Pro

Let the queue wait on their phones.

On Pro, a party joins the waiting list at the door and follows how many parties are ahead of it on its own phone.

Does it work for a café?

Yes, on every plan. Walk-ins and bookings share one book, a table can be kept for a short coffee or a long brunch by party size, and Free lets a small café start at no cost.

Can I take bookings by phone and seat walk-ins?

Yes, on every plan. Staff add them to the same book under the same rules as online, and every booking records whether it came from your site, your page here, WhatsApp, the phone or the door.

How long is a table kept for a booking?

As long as you say, by party size and by service, so a pair at lunch and a six at dinner can differ. A host can still stretch one booking when a table is clearly running long.

Is there a free plan?

Yes. Free takes up to 50 bookings a month, with everything a restaurant needs to take them: your page and embed, the service screen on 2 tablets, and your floor and hours. No card needed.
