What the screen shows

On an Office tablet, open Settings › Plan. From the top:

  • Current plan: your plan’s name, green while your page is live and amber while it is paused, with a sentence that says since when.
  • The four plans as buttons: yours filled in, and a plan you asked for picked out in colour.
  • Activate the plan or Pause the plan, with this note beside it: We confirm the details with you before anything is charged.
  • What each plan includes: every feature, plan by plan, with Your plan over your column.

Move to Free

  1. Press Free.
  2. Read the dialog: it lists what the move switches off, and ends: Your bookings, guests and history are untouched.
  3. Confirm the move, or keep your plan.

What the dialog lists changes as soon as you confirm. Moving plan never puts a paused page live or pauses a live one: that is what Activate the plan and Pause the plan are for.

Ask for Starter or Pro

Starter and Pro are switched on by us, not with a press here. Asking takes a moment:

  1. Press the plan’s name.
  2. Read the dialog: we switch the plan on for you, usually within a day, and email you when it is on. Until then you stay on your plan.
  3. Press its button, such as Ask for Pro.

While you wait, a note under your plan says which plan you asked for and on which day, and that plan’s button is picked out in colour. Cancel request takes it back. Asking for another plan replaces it.

When we switch it on, the plan is live straight away, and we email you to say so.

Moving to Enterprise

Enterprise is set up with us, not chosen here. Its button, Talk to us about Enterprise, opens our contact form in a new tab, and the office stays where it was.

Put your page live, or pause it

Activate the plan puts your page and your booking button live, for every restaurant on the account. It is there while your plan is not live and a press can switch it on: on Free, or on a plan that was live before and is paused.

Pause the plan stops your page taking new bookings until you activate it again. Bookings already made, your tables, your guests and your history stay as they are. Press it, then Pause it, or Keep it live.

Bookings each month

Free takes up to 50 bookings a month and Starter up to 500 bookings. Pro and Enterprise have no limit.

When you get close, we tell you. Upgrade any time and the new limit applies straight away. Your staff can always take a phone booking, even at the limit.

Features not built yet

In the table, Coming marks a feature that is in that plan already and switches on the day it is built, such as Olio taking bookings in chat. There is nothing to switch on for it today.

Closing the account

To close the account, write to hello@resolio.app from the address the account signs in with. There is no button for it in the office, and no delete for a restaurant anywhere in the product. We confirm what will happen, and your page stops taking bookings that day; everything is deleted 30 days later, and until then one email undoes it. We tell you when it is done.

While it is being closed, Activate the plan answers: This account is being closed, so its page stays offline. Write to us if you want to keep it.

Good to know

  • The plan belongs to the account, not to one restaurant: every restaurant on it has the same plan, and goes live or pauses with it.
  • A screen your plan does not include stays visible, greyed, with a Compare the plans button that brings you here.
  • Only an Office tablet can change the plan or ask for one.
