Does it work for a bar?
Yes, on every plan. Your floor holds tables and bar seats, each seat booked on its own or with the seats beside it, and walk-ins go in the same book.
Can I take bookings by phone and seat walk-ins?
Yes, on every plan. Staff add them to the same book under the same rules as online, and every booking records whether it came from your site, your page here, WhatsApp, the phone or the door.
Can I run a waiting list at the door?
Yes, on Pro. The waiting list opens from the service screen, so the host adds a party without leaving tonight’s bookings, and each guest gets a live page showing how many parties are ahead of them: by email, or shared by the host from their row.
Do you take a commission?
No. You pay one flat price per restaurant, and nothing per booking, per cover or per guest, so a full Saturday costs the same as a quiet Tuesday. Running a group? Talk to us: we price it by how many restaurants you have and what you need.
