Switching is easy.

On Pro, bring your guests and upcoming bookings across in a few simple steps, and keep your old system running until you’re ready.

Bring your guest list across first.

You see what your file would change before anything is saved.

  1. Export a file

A CSV of your regulars, read in your own browser; only the columns you match are sent.

  2. Match the columns

Each column comes with a suggested match and your first row under it; you confirm.

  3. Read the dry run

See what would be added, merged or refused, with a line number for every refusal.

  4. Then add them

A guest already here gains what was missing and is never duplicated or overwritten.

Then bring your future bookings.

Each one is checked against your floor, services and pacing, just as a new booking would be.

  1. Export your future bookings

A CSV of every future booking, in the second tab of the same screen.

  2. Settle the date order

If your file does not say whether 03/04 is 3 April or 4 March, you choose, with three of your own dates shown both ways.

  3. Decide on bookings over your pacing

Parties booked before you set a cap are flagged, and taking them is your call.

  4. Then add them

The report you keep is the one written after the last row went in.

Run both books as long as you need.

Your staff take bookings in ResOlio while your page stays closed, so guests book online in one place only.

Then open your booking page.

One switch in the office puts your page and your button live, and everything you set up stays as it is.

Set everything up first. Pay nothing until you go live.

Three things that stay yours.

  • Your guest list

Never sold, never shared, and never joined up with another restaurant’s.

  • Every cover you take

Your subscription is the only fee, with no commission and no charge per cover.

  • Your booking page

No marketplace, so your tables are never listed beside your neighbour’s.
