The four plans and what each includes

On every plan

Every plan has what a restaurant needs to take bookings:

• Your booking page and your booking button.
• Email confirmations and reminders.
• English, French and Arabic, for your guests and in the office.
• The service screen, with its Guestlist, Floor map and Calendar, and walk-ins and phone bookings.
• Tables, areas, opening hours and special days.
• Insights on covers and where your bookings come from.

Free

Everything above, for up to 50 bookings a month, on 2 tablets.

Starter

Everything in Free, for up to 500 bookings a month, on as many tablets as you need, and reminders that ask guests to confirm they are coming, in one tap. Olio, the booking assistant, will come to Starter and every plan above it when it is built.

Pro

Everything in Starter, with no limit on bookings, and every feature the product has for one restaurant:

• Pacing: how many covers you take in each quarter of an hour.
• The waiting list and table alerts.
• Guest profiles, tags, dietary history and the no-show record.
• Releasing a table nobody confirmed, and emailing a guest from a booking.
• Bringing your guests and bookings from another system.
• Your own colours, fonts and logo, and your booking page at your own domain.
• Full insights, including the bookings you turned away and why.
• Priority support, with a chat with us from the office.

Enterprise

Pro for a group: as many restaurants as you run under one owner, every restaurant on one screen in Your restaurants, and one guest book for the whole group. It is set up with you on a call, at a price agreed with you: in Settings › Plan, press Talk to us about Enterprise.

Coming, not built yet

Some features are already in the plans and switch on the day they are built. Until then they do nothing, and Settings › Plan marks them Coming:

• Olio taking bookings in chat on your page: Starter, Pro and Enterprise.
• API access and the AI-assistant plug-in: Pro and Enterprise.
• Reserve with Google: Pro and Enterprise.
• Your own questions on the booking form: Pro and Enterprise.
• Insights across all your restaurants: Enterprise.

Prices, and changing plan

The prices are on the Pricing page of our website. Your guests never pay to book, on any plan.

You change plan from the plan screen, where the same table shows what each plan includes. Free is switched on there with one press. Starter and Pro are asked for there, and we switch them on and email you when they are on.
