Guest book · On Pro
Know the guest before they sit down.
On Pro, everything you learned last visit waits on their next booking.

One record per guest, built from their bookings.
- Visits, and the last oneCounted from sittings, not bookings.
- What they usually ask forStanding requests, kept apart from tonight’s.
- Notes the guest never seesStaff only. Never on the guest’s own page.

See who has confirmed.
The reminder email asks guests to confirm in one tap, and anyone it never reached is flagged for a call.
Confirmed
Asked, no answer
Not reached
No-shows, remembered.
Instead of a deposit, a no-show goes on the guest’s record, and the next host to seat them will see it.
- Counts only when the reminder provably arrived
- A mark disputed with a reason stops counting
- Every mark ages out after twelve months
Allergies reach your host on every plan.
When a guest declares one while booking, it shows on the service screen, even on Free.
On Pro, your staff can record a requirement too, and it waits on the guest’s next booking with the date it was last confirmed.
Questions about the guest book.
Will it remember my regulars?
Yes, on Pro. Each guest has a profile built from their own bookings, with their visits, no-shows and usual requests, plus staff notes the guest never sees and tags you can search.
Can I bring my guest list from another system?
Yes, on Pro. Guests are matched by the same rules a real booking uses, so a guest you already have is updated rather than duplicated, and a dry run reports every row first.
Does a no-show always count against the guest?
Only if they were actually reached. A bounced address, or no email at all, still records that nobody came, but it is not counted against the person.
Who can see my guests?
You, and nobody else. Each account’s guests are kept under their own key, so they never mix with another owner’s, and they are never sold, shared or used to advertise.
Keep the guest book on Pro or Enterprise.
Pro covers one restaurant, and Enterprise covers a group of them.
