One night across every restaurant on the account.

What the screen shows

Open Your restaurants from the rail. It reads one night across every open restaurant on the account: totals at the top, then one card per restaurant with its seats and bookings. The words the one you are in mark the restaurant the office is showing.

Tonight, the figures are Guests, all houses, In the room now, Served so far, Still to come and Seats trading tonight, and each restaurant has a bar for how full its room is right now. A past night shows Served instead, and a night ahead shows Booked.

Never marked either way and Did not turn up appear only once a restaurant has one.

Choose the night

  1. In Night, pick a date.
  2. Or move with Previous night and Next night, and come back with Tonight.

Work in one restaurant

Every card but yours has a button that opens that restaurant. Opening one moves the whole office to it, its service screen and every other screen, until you switch back from the restaurant menu at the foot of the rail.

A tablet is named separately at each restaurant. If this one has never been used at the restaurant you open, you are asked to set it up first: press Set this device up, name it and choose its mode.

How to read the figures

How this is counted, at the foot of the screen, explains each figure. Each restaurant is read on its own trading day and its own clock, so restaurants in different time zones are compared on the same date.

Good to know

  • The screen is part of Enterprise. On the other plans it shows a card that names the plan that adds it.
  • Archived restaurants are not on this screen. With one restaurant, it says so and sends you to Settings › Restaurants to add another.
  • The figures update by themselves while the screen is open.
