TheFork alternatives: seven booking systems compared
What each one publishes about its price, and what it charges for a guest you seat.

ResOlio gives your restaurant its own booking page and an embed for your website, for one flat price: free for 50 bookings a month, with no fee per cover, nothing for guests to pay, and every word in English, French and Arabic. TheFork brings guests too, and takes a share of the bill for each one. Here is ResOlio beside six other TheFork alternatives, each from its own pricing page.

How we compared
We read each company’s own pricing page and wrote down three things: the price of a month, whether there is a free plan, and whether there is a fee for each guest. Where a page publishes nothing, the table says so. We left out offers that end within days.
Every fact about another company comes from its own page, with the day we read it, and the sources are listed at the end. Something wrong or out of date? Tell us and we will correct it.
Why restaurants look for a TheFork alternative
A commission grows with your covers and with your prices. The busier the month, the bigger the bill. At 500 covers from TheFork, our estimate of about €2 a cover comes to about €1,000 a month.
Many guests already find you without a marketplace: on your website, Instagram, Google Maps or by word of mouth. A booking page of your own lets them book there, at a price that does not move with the room. See the booking page.
Seven TheFork alternatives

ResOlio gives each restaurant one flat price, with every price on the page. Free gives you 50 bookings a month at no cost, Starter 500 for €39, Plus 1,500 for €59, and Pro as many as you take for €99. No plan charges a fee per cover, and your guests never pay.
