ResOlio: Restaurant bookings is the guest app that comes with ResOlio. It is where your guests find their tables at your restaurant. It comes with every plan, and guests never pay for it.
Every booking in one place
The Bookings tab lists what is coming up and what is past. From each booking, a guest can change the time or the party size, or cancel, within the deadlines you set. They can add it to their calendar, or book your restaurant again.
Your free times, two taps away
The Restaurants tab shows only the places a guest booked or saved. There is no list to browse, so no other restaurant is offered beside yours.
Under your name, they see the times you have free this week. They tap one to book. A heart on your page or on their booking keeps your restaurant in their list.
Messages with you
From Starter, every booking has its own conversation in the Messages tab, with your picture on it. Guests ask about parking, a birthday cake or a late arrival, and your team answers from your dashboard.
Olio answers their questions from the details you give it, in the guest’s language. What it can’t answer waits for you.
Their details, filled in
In the Profile tab, a guest keeps their name, phone, seating wishes and allergies. Each time they book with you, these fill in your booking form.
Free for guests, nothing to download
The app opens in the browser on any phone or computer. There is nothing to install. It speaks English, French and Arabic, with Arabic set right to left. Guests never pay for it, and never pay to book.
